The Three Wishes Mind and Memory Fund supports our elderly, stroke and dementia patients across Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals. Funds raised help enhance patient care and wellbeing by providing specialist equipment, therapeutic resources and activities that make a real difference to patients and their families.

Thanks to the support of our fundraisers and donors, we have been able to purchase a wide range of resources including anatomical models, specialist equipment for the Acute Stroke Unit, activity tables, and the RITA (Reminiscence Interactive Therapy Activities) system, which helps support cognitive stimulation, engagement and rehabilitation. Funding has also helped provide reminiscence activities and other resources designed to improve patient experience, comfort and quality of care.

The charity relies on the generosity of its supporters and the wider community to make projects such as these possible. We are always incredibly grateful for every donation, whether large or small, and to everyone who takes part in fundraising activities on our behalf.
