Tina started getting active as part of the Couch to 5k programme and soon committed wholeheartedly to running longer and longer distances to the stage where she is now ready to take on her biggest challenge yet - a Half Marathon!
We are really proud of her fantastic story and the amazing effort she has put in to get here....Tina is one of our hard working Outreach workers out and about in the community as part of our Talkbus team working with schools and community helping children & young people find better futures.
