Taylor-Made Dreams is a children's charity based in Crowborough, East Sussex that grants the dreams of children with life limiting illnesses, and provides valuable, ongoing support to the child and their immediate family members.

We are a regional charity, supporting families in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and Essex, and to children of ages 5 to 18 years of age.
