Taylor- Made Dreams is officially ten years old this year, and we're very proud of the dream making and support services we have provided during the last decade.

The families that are referred to us when their child is diagnosed with a life limiting illness are in truly unimaginable circumstances, and we want to help them, in the time they have left together to make some very special memories.
