Our 2023/24 outcomes demonstrate the success of our work:

• 83% of participants have progressed on to positive outcomes, including employment and higher education;

• 27% of our graduates have applied to study medicine, 38% to study law, 20% want to be teachers and the balance intend to study international relations and politics and/or have applied for jobs with good prospects;

• 100% of students have reported improvement in one of our key skills areas – research, teamwork, communication and leadership;

• 87% report feeling more confident of their chance of future success; and

• 98% of teachers have reported the programme making a significant contribution to their students’ development and ambition
