£25 gives a local child a Christmas present they choose themselves

For many families in our area, Christmas brings pressure rather than excitement. When bills are already hard to pay, presents can feel out of reach. TouchPoint’s Christmas Appeal gives £25 gift vouchers to local families who are struggling, so their children can choose a gift that is truly theirs: something that suits their hobbies, their interests and their dreams.

Last year, you helped 600 children. Let’s do it again, and go further.

Thanks to your generosity, last year’s appeal reached more than 650 local children. But our partners estimate that over 3,000 children in our area would benefit. Our target this year is £15,000, enough to give 600 children a gift of their own. Every pound beyond that means another family reached, as far as the money allows.

Reaching the families who need it most

We work alongside local organisations and local schools to identify the children who would most benefit from this support.

This means your donation goes to children who genuinely need it. For parents, it also eases some of the stress and worry that Christmas can bring.

What your donation does

- £10 goes towards a child’s gift

- £25 gives one child a present of their own choosing

- £50 covers a gift for two siblings

- £100 brings Christmas to four children

We distribute the vouchers before the end of term so they reach families in time for Christmas. If you’re a UK taxpayer, tick Gift Aid to add 25% at no extra cost to you.
