Help Us Support Mental Health in Construction with Our 'Tradies Hike Up Snowdon'.
As many of you know, working in construction can be both physically demanding and mentally tough. That's why a group of us – your everyday Tradies – are coming together for a challenge beyond the job site. We're taking on the hike up Mount Snowdon, one of the highest peaks in the UK, to raise vital funds for ‘Mates in Mind’ a charity that is doing incredible work supporting mental health within the construction industry.
Mental health can often be a silent struggle, especially in industries like ours where 'toughing it out' is the norm. But it doesn't have to be that way. Mates in Mind is there to provide crucial support, awareness, and training to help prevent mental health issues from going unnoticed and to ensure that no one suffers in silence.
By taking on this challenge, we hope to not only raise awareness but also funds to help Mates in Mind continue its mission. Whether you're a fellow Tradie, a friend, or someone who cares about mental health, we’d be incredibly grateful for any donation, big or small, to support this cause that’s close to our hearts.
Let’s help break the stigma and build a healthier future for the construction community!
