Trafford Carer's Centre are here to support carers with there mental, physical and social wellbeing, because they are too busy to think about there own needs.

Carers give there everything to the person/persons they care for and that can take its toll. Often the first time a carer reaches out to us its because they have hit breaking point and are in personal crisis.

Just £5 from you can pay for an hours counselling with one of our counsellors, refreshments at one of our support groups, a voucher for meditation sessions, a benefit check with our advisor, a health assessment with our registered nurse, we can even fund a haircut!
