Celebrate the life of a loved one who is no longer here but will always have a special place in your heart, a special anniversary or the birth of a child by lighting a light in one of our trees.

The trees are lit at a service at The Countess of Chester Hospital on Friday 6th December 2024. For more details please contact emma.boylan1@nhs.net

If you choose to donate via Just Giving - the name you are celebrating will be on Just Giving and in the book of celebration, but we will not be able to send a card. Please make sure you leave the name of who is it be remembered and who from in the comments section of your donation. If you tick to let us contact you we will be able to check any errors.

The donations are used to support Bereavement Care at The Countess of Chester and Ellesmere Port Hospital.
