The 2.6 Challenge is your chance to be a Home Hero and raise funds from your very own living room, bedroom, balcony or garden! There are no rules apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time. The main thing is to get active, have fun, pledge whatever you can to help or fundraise to support vulnerable and isolated older people living in our communities.
All you need to do is dream up an activity with the number 26 in it. It could be something as simple as pledging to run or ride 2.6 miles, hopping on the spot for 26 minutes, shooting 26 goals or hula hooping 26 times!
Every penny you raise will help support our charity work at this time. We are receiving hundreds of calls every day from concerned older people and their families and we are working hard to carry out shopping and prescription collections. We urgently need donations to keep up with demand so please help us to help local older people who need us now more than ever!
