For many people in our community, Christmas is one of the hardest times of the year.
Thousands in Greenwich, Lewisham and Bexley will spend the festive season on their own. Many others will feel disconnected even when surrounded by family. These feelings can make existing worries heavier or bring back painful memories.
The Deborah Ubee Trust is here to help people cope when the season feels overwhelming. From our centre in Greenwich, we offer free and low-cost therapy, support groups and workshops for people struggling with loneliness or family strain. Our therapists give people space to understand their feelings and find steadier ground during a difficult period.
Or consider setting up a monthly donation to help us keep our services open throughout the year, so that local people can reach us whenever they need support.
Your kindness this Christmas means more people in our community will have somewhere to turn when it matters most.
