Story
University Hospitals Birmingham Charity is the official charity of four of the largest hospitals in Birmingham: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital and Solihull Hospital. From tiny newborns on the neonatal unit to elderly patients with dementia UHB Charity supports 3 million patients and their families as well as 23,000 members of hospital staff every year by providing 'added extras' that are over and above that which is provided by the NHS.
The charity also supports the countries armed forces through Fisher House UK, a "home away from home" for military families on the site of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, home to the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine.
WT Partnership are proud to be supporting the hospital charity and our local NHS.
Throughout 2026 our fundraising will be supporting a courtyard refurbishment in the Children's Physiotherapy Department at Heartlands Hospital.
We will be helping to transform the courtyard from an unused unwelcoming, concrete and brick space, to a safe and colourful space that children and families can enjoy.

Supporting this appeal will make a huge difference to the wellbeing and support of children at Heartlands Hospital. Families and children will be able to use the garden to relax while waiting for appointments, helping to ease anxieties associated with hospital visits. Physiotherapists will also be able to use the space during appointments, introducing treatment to young paitents through play.
Thank you so much for your support,
WT Partnership
