Ping and Team will be playing golf on Peterborough City Radio Annual Charity Day on 29 June 2023, to raise funds for UK Chinese Women Connect and Chinese Women in Peterborough.

UK Chinese Women Connect is a national charity, its aim is to connect, empower and impact Chinese Women in the UK. The Charity runs a lot of workshops and events throughout the year to support Chinese women as well as women in wider communities, improve health and wellbeing, employability. Our champions lead by example to encourage everyone to be active citizen and contribute positive to social cohesion, economy recovery and social harmony.

Chinese Women in Peterborough (CWIP) was founded in 2013 to connect Chinese Women in Peterborough, share knowledge, information and experiences, and most importantly, make friends and support each other, reduce isolation, improve health and wellbeing, tackle inequalities and hate crime and provide support. CWIP has run tai chi lessons online 3 months online and 8 months face to face, this health initiative has benefited over 1000 people in wider communities, not just the Chinese people.

UK Chinese Women Connect and Chinese Women in Peterborough have shared vision and core values and they have joined force to support Chinese women in the UK. With your help, the funds will help us to tackle racial inequality, health inequality and much more. Our work plays an important role in British society for social harmony.
