Help Team UKIM fundraise as much as possible to support and contribute to the efforts and resources needed to Support Vulnerable Communities in UK.

UK Islamic Mission(UKIM) consistently commits and employs Human Effort and Material/Logistical/Financial Resources without let; with our commitment to Support wider local communities through Food banks, Social support, Livelihood, and Education and backing them with programmes and campaigns to generate resources for sustained support operations across UK.

As an Official Associate Charity Partner for Manchester Half Marathon 2023, UK Islamic Mission will field a 50-strong team(men only) of volunteers and supporters (TeamUKIM) to fundraise vital funds in support of our Vulnerable Communities Appeal.

Event Details

The Manchester Half is a 13.1 mile challenge that takes place on 15 October, 2023 starting and finishing by Old Trafford, and is easily the biggest in the region with over 15,000 runners. It’s an event that aims to truly represent all the wonderful communities in UK, and celebrate their achievements.

Since its launch in 2016 it has received rave reviews from participants, thanks to its professional delivery, flat route and amazing support from crowds around the course.

Minimum Sponsorship Target

The minimum Sponsorship target for this challenge is £300 only, however, there is no maximum limit.

The option for fundraising in excess of the minimum sponsorship target(£300) remains open to the discretion of the volunteers.

Any additional funds raised will be thankfully accepted to support the cause.
