Organised by International Association For Human ValuesUkraine has sub-arctic winter conditions which begin in late November. Already it is very cold and civilians are wearing warm winter clothing. Bombed buildings lack windows, roofs, walls and power systems are down. The NEED is URGENT.

Sourced inside Ukraine, our IAHV Ukraine volunteers will deliver the blankets and provide trauma relief to those in need, including people in newly liberated villages and towns on the front line.
As at 20th October 2022, 30% of power stations in Ukraine have been hit in the last 9 days with continued attacks, leading to massive power cuts across the country. Overnight temperature are hitting zero and homes without heating are widespread.
