Organised by Ukrainian Medical CharityUkrainian charity "Lawyers Move" was founded in February 2022 by a team of lawyer volunteers, to help frontline medical teams in Ukraine. In 2025 they focused on buying and modifying "CASEVACS" for the evacuation of the wounded.
The Charitable Foundation “Lawyers move” is a volunteer initiative that began in February 2022 with the united efforts of the legal community. In February 2023, the team of lawyers officially registered the charitable foundation. The team behind the foundation represents a collaboration between lawyers: Nadiia Denysiuk (Axon Partners), Ruslan Niftullaiev (Genesis), and Kateryna Mishchenko (Evoplay).
In 2025, our focus shifted to providing "casevacs" (casualty evacuation vehicles) for the medical evacuation of the wounded.
The cost of one casevac is approximately EUR 16,000:
~EUR 10,000 – purchase of the vehicle
~EUR 4,000 – special conversion for medical evacuation
~EUR 2,000 – technical maintenance and repairs
In 2025, we have already delivered 2 casevacs and purchased 5 more vehicles for future conversion.
How the project works:
Stage 1 – Together with our partners, we purchase a suitable vehicle abroad
Stage 2 – The vehicle enters Ukraine as humanitarian aid for further conversion
Stage 3 – The vehicle is converted into a casevac, which takes 2–4 weeks depending on its condition and available funds
All delivered casevacs are still operational in various regions. Evacuation intensity can vary from once a day to 10–15 times daily. On average, each crew evacuates 2–5 wounded individuals per trip.

The project is consistently supported by Aurora, Arzinger, Axon Partners, Ihor Svichkar (Asters), and a number of IT companies.
Our Supervisory Board includes well-known lawyers such as Svitlana Romanova, Svitlana Panaiotidi, Volodymyr Ihonin, and Artem Krykun-Trush.
