💛 Bev Parry Takes On THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE for Koala North West!

We are incredibly proud to introduce Bev Parry, an inspiring local mum, business owner, and passionate runner, who is taking on a series of extreme endurance events to raise vital funds for Koala North West.

Bev is not just running one race... she’s tackling three huge challenges back-to-back, pushing herself to the absolute limit, all to support the work we do with local families. Her determination, heart, and community spirit are nothing short of amazing.

🏃‍♀️ Bev’s Ultimate Challenge:

1️⃣ Sandringham 24-Hour Race – Saturday 9th August

Bev will run continuous 5-mile laps for a full 24 hours around the Sandringham Estate, aiming to complete as many miles as humanly possible. No set distance, just grit, heart, and stamina.

2️⃣ Chester Marathon – Sunday 5th October

She’s going for a personal best, aiming to complete the marathon in 4 hours 45 minutes. Another incredible feat in her triple challenge journey.

3️⃣ Wirral Winter Ultra – Saturday 15th November

This is the big one. A 36-mile run across the entire Wirral peninsula, a bucket list dream for Bev. Starting at Hadlow Station, she has just 12 hours to complete the full distance.

💬 In Bev’s Words:

“Separately, each race will be epic, but together, this is the hardest thing I’ve ever taken on. Knowing I’m doing it for Koala NW keeps me focused and determined. I’m actually emotional just thinking about it, but I’ve got the best support crew and I’m ready to give it everything I’ve got.”

Despite juggling a business and raising three children, Bev is throwing herself into training, a true testament to her passion for helping others and supporting her community.
