Dear Friends

My year as High Sheriff is rapidly approaching its conclusion, and it has been such a privilege to undertake the role, meet amazing people across the county and witness the fabulous work they are doing. I can genuinely say there has been nothing like it.

Many of you will know my passion is dance as it is a wonderfully expressive artform, brings communities together and enhances health and wellbeing. With that in mind, my final fundraiser is my Unstrictly Dancing Spectacular to be held on Friday March 15th, at Derbyshire County Cricket Club.

You will see familiar faces taking to the dance floor, and I have to thank them for being up for the challenge and their support. The Cosy Foundation led by Peter and Amanda Ellse are a main sponsor and I am asking for your support by attending what promises to be a spectacular event. Monies raised will be managed by Foundation Derbyshire and split between a number of charities across the county.
