2019- The Babes In The Wood Pub Closes Down. • In late 2019 the pub closes down in the upper soothill area

2022- Local Brothers, Recognise Need.

Work begins immediately after acquiring the keys . Renovation work on the 2nd floor is planned to provide income for the masjid's running costs.

2023- Planning Permission Granted.

Planning permission is granted a year after submission .

Financing for much of the work is secured through Qarze Hasana and Lillah donations. A small-scale maktab for children is set up.

2024- The prayer area with suitable wudhu facilities nears completion.

Establishment of 5 times Salah, Jummah, and Taraweeh prayers.

Phase 1 of the renovations, including the removal of the old bar to create a large prayer hall, is completed.
