Organised by Hart Wildlife RescueUnfortunately, our UV lamp has broken! It is a vital piece of equipment which we use every day. Young pigeons and doves commonly suffer from metabolic bone disease and we use our UV lamp in the treatment and prevention of this awful condition.
We use UV light every day to prevent and treat metabolic bone disease in the many young pigeons and doves in our care. Last year, we admitted 915 pigeons and doves so our UV lamp gets used a lot!
Unfortunately, our lamp has broken beyond repair and we urgently need to buy a new one. Please can you help us? We really appreciate your support!
