This September, East Kilbride Sea Cadets are entering two cars into the 2023 Veterans Banger Rally, known as the VBR.

What could go wrong??
This year’s event will see 30 plus teams venture from Dover to Gibralter over seven days, where a proportion of fundraising from all teams will be donated to the nominated armed forces charity, Blind Veterans UK.
Our own aim is to raise awareness for the Sea Cadet Corp, the work that it does, as well as raise some funds along the way to continue that work.
East Kilbride is just one of many Sea Cadet units though, with nearly 400 around the UK, and we hope to raise funds for as many units as we can.
