Confused and terrified, Velvet was left to fend for herself with no idea how to survive. She wasn’t a street cat — she had once known comfort — and her shy, timid nature made her especially vulnerable.

Thankfully, a kind rescuer found her just in time and brought her into safety. And that’s when Velvet began to blossom.

Under gentle care, her true personality emerged: the softest, sweetest lap cat who melts into arms and loves nothing more than closeness with her humans. Despite everything she endured, she still trusts with her whole heart. She adores snuggling, quiet companionship, and long, soothing cuddle sessions. Her resilience — and her capacity for love — is truly remarkable.

Now, for the first time, Velvet has a family waiting across the world — ready to give her the safety, devotion, and forever love she never had. We just need help getting her there.
