Venezuela Needs Us Now - Earthquake Appeal

Campaign by Care Venezuela

Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela on 24 June 2026, leaving many families without homes, food, water and medicines. Care Venezuela is providing emergency aid through trusted local partners.

We are dedicated to help alleviate the ongoing humanitarian crisis of our home country, raising funds to buy/collect and send medicines, medical supplies, food, hygiene products, etc, to NGOs and non-profit organisations who work in communities where the access to essentials is limited or absent.

Story

Venezuela Needs Us Now

On 24 June 2026, two massive earthquakes struck Venezuela in rapid succession, devastating communities, destroying infrastructure, and leaving millions of families highly vulnerable. Homes have collapsed, public services are disrupted, and thousands of people are suddenly living without shelter, access to clean water, food, or essential medicines.

At Care Venezuela a registered NGO in England and Wales we have launched an Emergency Earthquake Appeal to deliver immediate, life-saving humanitarian assistance to those hit hardest by this tragedy.

Who We Are & How We Work

Care Venezuela’s primary mission is to provide crucial medical assistance and basic essential resources to the most vulnerable populations, focusing deeply on underserved communities in the interior of the country through our own dedicated projects.

However, in the face of a national disaster of this scale, we are also leveraging our international platform to mobilize resources rapidly from Europe. To ensure that your support bypasses bureaucratic delays and reaches the ground immediately, we are combining our own direct aid efforts with strategic funding for trusted, battle-tested local NGOs who are already operating at the absolute frontline of the crisis.

Our Ground Partners & Response Network

We are actively collaborating with and channelling funds directly to three outstanding organisations on the ground:

Somos Comunidad (La Guaira): Mobilizing community networks to coordinate the distribution of emergency healthcare, medical supplies, and urgent psychosocial support in one of the most severely affected states.

Alimenta la Solidaridad (La Guaira & Beyond): Combating immediate food insecurity by deploying their established community kitchen model to guarantee hot meals and nutritional support to displaced families.

Fundación Bambi: Actively preparing their specialized shelters and personnel to safely receive, protect, and provide comprehensive care for vulnerable children who are being formally remitted to them by state authorities as a result of this disaster.

By equipping these established local networks with the funding, they need right now, we ensure that every pound raised is converted directly into efficient, targeted relief without duplicating efforts.

Your Donation Will Directly Provide:

Urgent Medical Support: First Aid kits, chronic disease medications, and emergency healthcare supplies for local clinics.

Basic Survival Resources: Clean drinking water, hygiene kits, and emergency food parcels.

Child Protection & Safe Shelter: Supporting the operational capacity of shelters taking in children impacted by the crisis.

No Donation is Too Small

Every single contribution no matter the size brings tangible comfort, dignity, and practical survival tools to a family facing unimaginable hardship.

Care Venezuela is fully committed to absolute transparency and accountability. We will be providing regular, direct updates on our social medias accounts with images from our own projects and our partners on the ground so you can see exactly how your generosity is saving lives.

The people of Venezuela are resilient, but they cannot lift themselves out of this tragedy alone. Let’s remind them that they are not forgotten.

Please donate today and join us in taking care of Venezuela. 💛💙❤️
