Story
We find ourselves in a very difficult financial position. Although Spring is approaching, we still have our enormous winter feed and vet bills owing, and still have the cost of our colts to castrated.
This is always a very difficult time of the year for us , especially as our rescued animals are still in the Sanctuary.
Their summer grazing is not available to rent, until the end of April/May when the farmers allow ponies back on their fields.
It's been the worst winter we have ever gone through, with the cost of everything going through the roof, sadly we simply can't make ends meet in these unprecedented times.
In giving many of these rescued animals, a home for life, with a great many ponies and horses over the age of 30 and 40 we have taken on a huge responsibility to look after these rescued animals.
Woodfield Animal Sanctuary gave all these rescued animals a second chance, when no one else would take them in.
It's with your help in the past that we have got through these difficult times.
We can only appeal to our Supporters once again to help us out of this absolutely desperate situation.
And we are hoping that once we are over this crisis, we will recover and be able to continue our work saving animals lives,
No donation is ever too small!
Thank you for your compassion.
We are hosting a charity dog show to help raise funds, but much more money is needed.
