Vestey Holdings and YMCA England & Wales have launched a transformative partnership to inspire the future generation and realise a shared vision to see young people reach their full potential.

Adventurers from Vestey Holdings and its family of businesses, will trek 11km to the summit of one of the Lake District’s most iconic peaks, the Old Man of Coniston, before testing themselves on the off-road mountain bike trails of Grizedale forest, and finally kayaking across iconic Coniston Water.

Colleagues from Vestey Holdings and its subsidiary businesses are raising money to support YMCA's work with young people experiencing homelessness. Those living in YMCA supported accommodation receive so much more than just a bed and a roof over their heads. Young people receive vital emotional support, training and employment opportunities, as well as a place in a friendly community where they can thrive.
