WE ARE HEARTBROKEN 💔

A few days ago, Issac developed what first appeared to be a simple eye issue. Within days, it turned into something far more serious.

Despite immediate treatment, around the clock, multiple times a day and night, his eye continued to deteriorate.

We tried everything.

But we lost the battle.

By Sunday, it was clear there was nothing more that could be done to save his eye. Issac was rushed to our veterinary clinic, where it was confirmed the only option left was enucleation, removal of the eye, to end his pain.

There was no hesitation.

This wasn’t about cost.

This was about doing what was right.

Issac has now had his eye removed and is back at Woodfield recovering.

He is safe.

He is no longer in pain.

And being so young, he will learn to adapt and go on to live a happy life.

While under anaesthetic, he was also castrated to prevent him needing another procedure in the future.

But now comes the reality.

This year alone, we are already paying over £1000 every single month in vet bills.

We do everything we can to stay on top of them, and for the first time ever we have managed to keep up with many of these costs as they come in…

But we still have outstanding vet bills that remain unpaid.

Cases like Issac’s are exactly why.

They cannot wait.

They cannot be delayed.

And when they happen, we act.
