Help Veterans Access Life-Changing Counselling Support
For many veterans, leaving the Armed Forces does not mean leaving difficult experiences behind. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, isolation and the challenges of adjusting to civilian life can affect confidence, relationships, work, family life and wellbeing.
At Anxious Minds, we provide specialist counselling support for veterans and their families across the North East, helping people feel heard, understood and supported.
Why This Campaign Matters
Many veterans struggle in silence. Some feel they should be able to cope alone. Others find it difficult to ask for help, or cannot access the right support quickly enough when they need it most.
Our counselling service gives veterans a safe, confidential space to talk through what they are experiencing with trained professionals who understand trauma, mental health and the pressures faced by the Armed Forces community.
“Recovery begins when someone finally feels safe enough to talk.”
