Story
The last few years have been incredibly difficult for the Hospice, with both the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis affecting our funding, we have fought hard to survive, ensuring we remain open and are there for the patients and the families that need us throughout Runcorn, Widnes and Frodsham.
This challenge will not only raise much needed funds for the Hospice, it will also provide those that take part with a once in a lifetime experience. Whether you want to cycle in memory of a loved one, or you would just like to set yourself a challenge, our Patron, Paul O’Neill invites you to pedal across two incredible countries, covering approximately 400km.
This stunning bike challenge will take you from the dignified sights of Vietnam, a country that has managed to preserve its rich civilisation and highly cultured society, to the magical kingdom and extraordinary country of Cambodia, where you will have the chance to visit the ancient city of Angkor Wat breaking and emerging its way through the jungle.
If you are unable to take part in the ride but would still like to support our team and the work of Halton Haven Hospice, you can use this page to make a donation and leave a message of support. If your donation is for a specific cyclist please choose their page from those on the right and make your donation there.
