The Prophet (SAW) was asked, if one of us cannot visit it {Al-Aqsa}, what should we do? He (SAW) said, Then he should make a gift of some oil to be lit therein {in its lamps}. For indeed the one who gifts this to it, will be like the one who has prayed therein. (Ahmad)

Join us on this historic opportunity, as we raise funds to light up Al-Aqsa and provide family food parcels to families in Jerusalem. Muslim Hands has been involved in restoration and maintenance work at this sacred site for over a decade. With your help, our aim is to illuminate the entire masjid for the benefit of hundreds of thousands of worshippers to come, inshaAllah. Since 2007, we have provided medical care, food, education and livelihood support to families across Gaza and the West Bank. Now, we need your help to provide them with vital supplies of nutritional food.

How can you get involved? We are asking our volunteers to organise an event of their choice, throughout 2019 with all funds raised being donated to these two vital causes. You can either organise an iftaar during the month of Ramadan or attend and pledge at one of our Ramadan dinners in London, host a fun day in the summer holidays, set up a sporting tournament with your friends or family its entirely up to you!
