Story

Want to experience something completely different this year? If 2021 is all about challenging yourself, post lockdown then take to the skies on July 7th and 8th for Wiltshire Air Ambulance as we wingwalk.

You'll be on a Boeing Stearman biplane experiencing an exciting series of flypasts, zoom climbs, steep dives and banks, in front of the family and friends you bring along on the day. All with the Aerosuperbatics team, home of the Bretling wingwalkers.

Will you join us on this momentous occasion and help us to continue to keep flying and saving lives?

It was an incredibly, exhilarating experience one that left me wanting more! It wasnt as scary as you might think if you get into your own head It felt amazing being in the sky and seeing Wiltshire from above. Seeing my closest friends and family supporting and urging me on was a real boost. I think everyone should give it a go, at least once in their life! We flew on a rainy day so the combination of the head on wind and rain made for a perfect face exfoliation session so not only did I wing walk, I had a mini pamper session! Jokes aside, it was an incredible experience and I felt proud of myself for going through with it. Proud to have helped the WAA save more lives.

Meg Steinschauer, wingwalker in 2019.
