Grace is 2 years old from the West Midlands. She was diagnosed with a structural brain abnormality and epilepsy at 4 months old following an EEG and MRI. Graces structural brain abnormality and profound and multiple learning disabilities are caused by a TUBB3 genetic variation, which was diagnosed in April 2022 following genetic testing. This affects her development, movement, vision, and digestive system. She is currently unable to walk or sit unaided and is non-verbal. This doesnt stop her from being a happy girl that loves to socialise and be outdoors.

Our aim for the future is for Grace to have a fantastic quality of life, have access to a variety of opportunities and reach her full potential. To make this happen it comes at a cost.

However, NHS funding can only go so far. We have already self-funded a variety of specialist equipment for Grace alongside therapy and equipment she has received from the NHS, and would like her to continue to access equipment and additional therapy to help Grace achieve her full potential. With funds raised Just4Children would like to be able to purchase Grace specialist equipment such as a specialist trike, off roading buggy, vibration plate and therapies.
