NABS' latest research shows that 71% of us still don’t feel enough is being done about mental health across the industry and a worrying 35% believe they wouldn’t feel comfortable speaking up about their own mental health.

In 2024:

- 5,200 calls to our Advice Line in 2024. An 18% increase versus 2023

- Emotional Support is top reason for calls. 1/3 of all calls.

- 1 in 5 of Advice Line calls relate to mental heath
