In August last year Mags and Liviu's son Alec was killed in a horrific accident.

He had grown up alongside the young people of Little John's House and spent every summer helping out at Summer School. He was like a brother to the residents and a great friend to many of the beneficiaries. His passion for the ongoing work of the charity was evident.

For that reason the aptly named 'Walkie Talkies' will be attempting to cover the 100k route in 24 hours to raise vital funds to keep the charity going.

Costs are rising all the time and we need to ensure the future of the charity.

Update - sadly, Gwyneth is unable to join the Thames Path challenge now due to Covid, but will be doing her best to complete her version of the 60 mile walk once recovered.
