Story

Joshua was a loving, kind and humble young adult whose life was taken by gun crime. Joshua was born on the 31/05/2001 and he left us on the 04/09/2022 when a friend of his took his life. Joshua was a humble young man and a big brother to his siblings and loved by his family and friends. We miss him deeply. Life hasn’t been the same since…

Every day he’s missed! He had this amazing and bubbly personality, always happy and excited, he had lots of plans for the future… Joshua completed his school years and he studied two years of Mechanical Engineering then he decided to go into music and he became an artist.

Joshua was born in the UK and lived all his life in London, but he grew to love his parent’s country, Guinea-Bissau in West Africa, where he inspired many and he even bought land to build a hotel, a golf course, shopping centre and a music studio to give the opportunity of success to the community of Guinea-Bissau but unfortunately he didn’t pursue them because he’s no longer here.

Because Joshua loved helping and giving out to others we thought we as his family should continue to help the community of Guinea-Bissau in his memory.

We believe if we contribute in helping the young lives in Guinea-Bissau then they won’t be into pressure to go abroad to look for a better life. We can help them achieve their goals and pursue their dreams.

My name is Ludimila Faria and Joshua was my only son, I feel the need to continue to support my son and I would love if I could have your support to honour my Son.
