Following the success of last years 'Walk The Spine' Ed and Lois haven't learnt any lessons and are heading back out for another monumental walk. With over 20k raised from the Pennine Way trek in 2020 and lots of people joining in virtually with their own challenges we hope that we can encourage even more people to venture outside for all the physical and psychological benefits it presents. The pandemic has shone a bright light on the importance of looking after ones mental and physical health and 'Walk The Coast' offers up a prime opportunity to get outdoors as a community in the name of charity and wellbeing.

Supporters of Walk The Coast will walk the 130 mile coastal route from Bude to Lands End with beneficiaries of the charity. The M2MF supports individuals with mental or physical health conditions overcome their challenges by taking them on life changing trips to the mountains and offering a development programme to help them reach their full potential.
