Story
Walk the Wall is back for its fifth year, and we can’t wait to see our supporters take on this exciting challenge! This January, you have the chance to virtually walk the entire length of Hadrian’s Wall – 84 miles (135 km) in total – all from the comfort of your local streets, park, or treadmill.
This year’s challenge comes with an exciting new feature: pace setting! You can set yourself a goal of completing the miles in 15, 25, or 31 days.
It’s more than just a walk. Every step you take helps keep our critical care team saving lives across the North and Isle of Man. From emergency call-outs to life-saving interventions, your efforts directly support the people who rely on our air ambulance service every day.
Taking part in Walk the Wall is also a fantastic way to kick off the New Year with a healthy, active start. You’ll feel the sense of achievement with every mile, and you’ll be part of a community of fellow walkers, all working towards the same goal – supporting our life-saving charity. It costs £9.6 million annually to sustain our life-saving service, and your generous fundraising helps to secure our future.
Sign up today, set your pace, and get ready to take on Hadrian’s Wall. Every step counts, and every mile brings our critical care team closer to those who need them most.
Let’s walk together to save lives!
