Hello all,

With the recent change in guidelines and only being able to see people outside we thought we could set a challenge and maybe raise some funds too.

Due to Covid-19 many of our fundraising plans have been put on hold but our costs preparing the nurseries to re-open have gone up. So we are calling all troops to help us raise the funds we need this year!

To get us out and about, keeping active and having fun we thought we could collectively try to complete as many miles as we can in October.

The idea is everyone completes as many walks, runs, family cycles, etc, during the month of October as you can. You can choose how much you want to challenge yourselves - it could be a slightly longer route to school, a lunch break walk or a long catch up with a friend.

Once you have completed your miles each day, or each time you go for a walk/run/cycle, post a picture of yourself or just your miles and we will keep a running tally and keep you up to date on how far we have travelled together!

As well as clocking your miles we would also be hugely grateful if you could donate to or encourage other to sponsor your efforts.

Maybe a small amount per mile you complete or a one-off donation. If you cannot donate please still join us in the challenge and spread the word too.

Lets see how far we can get. The distance from Edinburgh to Nansato Nursery is 7,780 miles. Will we make it? How close will we get? Lets do this!
