Wolverhampton Coronary Aftercare Support Group is proud to celebrate 40 years of delivering vital cardiac rehabilitation services to our community.

Over the past four decades, we've had the privilege of supporting countless individuals on their journey to recovery, helping them rebuild their confidence, health, and strength after cardiac events.

In this time, we've also opened our very own cardiac hub ~ Have A Heart, Wolverhampton. This milestone is a testament to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and the incredible resilience of those we've had the honour to serve.
