There are currently an estimated 2 million people on waiting lists across England, to access mental health support.
By participating, you can help us raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. Money raised will help us to ensure that no one locally has to face poor mental health alone. We work directly with adults, young people, and families to improve their lives.
Raise awareness and funds for mental health support provided by TOG Mind Charity, while engaging students, teachers, and staff in educational settings across Tameside, Oldham and Glossop.
Wear blue to show solidarity for mental health awareness and support TOG Mind Charity’s mission to provide help and respect for everyone facing a mental health challenge.
You can wear something blue – anything!
You can also help us raise awareness in so many ways, from putting up a poster in your building, sharing our mental health awareness posts on social media, lighting up your building blue, or hanging a blue flag in your window. Get creative and most importantly, have fun!
