With an aging population of over 85,000 people aged 65 plus in Bradford District, and the range of challenges being faced at this time of life, there are many older people in real need of help and support. The charity is experiencing a year-on-year increase in people accessing their services, in particular for advice and casework, groups, and activities. It has been identified that an increase in funding for these areas will lead to more older people finding the support they need to live a more financially secure life as well as improving mental health and well-being.
