Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of our care is provided for free, and we need to raise over £27000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes our Specialist Hospice at Home Service, our hospice in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, and so much more.
