It takes a Village to raise a child. And this May, Well Windsor is inviting children, teenagers, families, and schools across Windsor to take part in a simple daily challenge for May in support of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026.
This year’s theme is Action. Whilst awareness does matter, real change happens when we take action together and make concerted efforts to look after our mental wellbeing and better build our village.
Which is why we're asking people to Move | Connect | Create by choosing 15-30 minutes a day throughout May to do something positive for your wellbeing — on your own or together with others.
Choose how you’ll take action:
Move - Walk, run, cycle, scoot, dance, or play sport.
Connect - Spend time with friends, family, classmates, or colleagues doing something fun together.
Create - Draw, write, craft, bake, or make something positive for your school or community.
You can stick to one activity or mix them up — every action counts.
