The amazing children of Wellfield Junior School are helping to raise money to build a running track around the field by going out for a walk in their wellies, splashing in puddles as they go.

Not only will this help our children with their daily mile and keep them fit and healthy, but it will also give them more areas to run and play when it is wet and cold and the field is all soggy!

So far, the children have raised £8,700 towards the £25,000 target so please, dig deep and sponsor one of our wonderful children so that we can make this dream a reality .

They will be following relevant government guidelines a the time they walk, and helping keep the local community safe during this tricky time.
