The Westerly-Pawcatuck Branch is one of four Ocean Community YMCA locations serving more than 17,000 members across Washington County, Rhode Island and New London County, Connecticut.

That number represents children learning to swim for the first time, teens building confidence, adults improving their health, and older adults finding connection and purpose.

One hundred percent of donations raised through our Annual Support Campaign support YCares, our financial assistance program that provides sliding-scale memberships and program access based on household income. The Ocean Community YMCA is proud to ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation.

In 2025, nearly 2,000 Westerly-Pawcatuck members relied on this support to access Y memberships, summer camp, and programs.
