From helping families access food, to giving children free books through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, to delivering training and apprenticeships opportunities that open doors to brighter futures - we are here for people when life feels hardest.

Last year, we supported over 12,000 households, secured £20 million in unclaimed benefits, and helped thousands of families with benefits advice, rent support, and essential household items. We also opened doors to education, digital access, and employment - because opportunity changes everything.
