Story
We’re taking the leap, literally!
On 23 June 2026, from Hinton Airfield, near Banbury.
The fundraising team are:
Georgia, from Visiting Angels Care at Home, Coventry,
Kyle, a blind volunteer who teaches technology skills at Coventry Vision Hub. and
Erica, a Trustee at Coventry Vision Hub
Georgia says:
We want to support an incredible cause close to our hearts, Coventry Vision Hub, a charity dedicated to supporting blind and partially sighted individuals.
Every day, we have the privilege of caring for people who face these challenges, and we see first-hand the strength, resilience, and determination it takes to navigate daily life. We also see just how life changing the right support can be. That is why we are stepping far outside our comfort zone and quite literally out of a plane to raise funds and awareness.
Coventry Vision Hub provides vital resources, support, and opportunities that help people regain independence, build confidence, and live life to the fullest. The impact they make is truly inspiring, and we are proud to be supporting their mission.
This challenge is more than just a skydive for us. It is a way of giving back to the individuals we support and standing alongside them in a meaningful way. It is about turning fear into something positive and making every second of that jump count.
If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean the world to us and to those who will benefit from it. Every contribution helps create real change and opens up new possibilities for someone living with sight loss.
Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and kindness. We will be thinking of you all as we take that leap, knowing it is helping others keep moving forward with confidence and independence.
