Over the last 5 years our Wigan Next Generation Team have worked in schools, churches and the community to invite 11-30 year olds out of isolation, hopelessness and negative thought patterns into community, hope and joy through leadership training, mentoring and organised groups in schools and the community. The focus is now changing to 0-18 year olds and some work up to 25 year olds.

We urgently need funding for two of our team members to continue this important work, turning the tide of the mental health crisis, post Covid Trauma and isolation to enable our young people to believe in and realise their full potential.
