Wigton Bath was built in 1901 for the local community. The future of the baths was threatened with closure in 2014 fortunately the community lobbied to keep the pool open. In 2015 the baths transferred to Wigton Baths Trust, a registered charity. Urgent support to fundraise for the Baths!

Story

Wigton Baths Trust are undertaking several energy intervention projects to future proof the pool and its energy efficiency.

We recently secured funding from the UK Government Swimming Pool Support Fund (SPSF) to assist with energy efficient improvements and to reduce running costs of the community pool, however the grant doesn't cover the necessary work required.

The improvements required include:

⭐️ A new Pool Cover

⭐️Erection of Steel framework & insulation

⭐️Tiling internally

⭐️New Boiler Fund

We would love 💙 you to make a donation towards the Buy a Tile campaign by purchasing a tile for just £5.

PLEASE SELECT £5 FOR EACH TILE YOU WISH TO PURCHASE.

Due to the cost implication we are sorry individual names will not be engraved on the tile however the names of all supporters will be displayed on a board in the pool reception area upon completion of the project.

Thank you so much for your support and kindness.
