Since our founding, Body & Soul has helped over 30,000 people break free from the life-threatening effects of trauma and adversity through revolutionising suicide prevention.

In these challenging times, we’re asking for your support to help us reach those who need it most. As winter approaches, the holidays, often seen as a time of joy and family, can instead be filled with loneliness and pain for our members.

That’s why we’re creating our With Love Winter Appeal to share love and comfort for people facing some of life’s toughest moments.

We’re asking for your support to bring care, warmth, and hope through our With Love Boxes, With Love Winter Wishlist, and With Love Emergency Essentials.

With Love Care Box:

Each box is filled with comforting, therapeutic items that nurture wellbeing, from soothing teas and sweet treats to journals for reflection, scented candles for calm, and self-care items like hand cream, lip balm, and essential oils. Every box carries reminders of care, connection, and community, small gestures that tell someone, you are valued, you are loved, you are not alone.

With Love Wishlist:

Our With Love Wishlist helps keep the heart of Body & Soul beating, ensuring we can continue delivering life-saving services. By funding essentials like smartphones for emergency support calls, laptops for online therapy and equipment such as projectors to bring our members together through immersive workshops and events, as well as ovens and dishwashers to provide weekly meals for over 100 members, you help us continue providing the care and connection our community depends on.

With Love Emergency Essentials:

For many of the displaced communities we support, this winter brings harsh realities, struggling to heat their homes, put food on the table, or meet basic needs. Poverty, uncertainty, and isolation can make daily life feel overwhelming. Through our Emergency Essentials, we’re providing food, warm clothing, hygiene items, rice, coffee, gloves, blankets, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, small but vital acts of care that help restore dignity, safety, and hope.
