WMZ Wildlife Heroes is a wildlife challenge inspired by the amazing animals and conservation work of the Welsh Mountain Zoo.

Children, families, schools and community groups are invited to become Wildlife Heroes by completing fun wildlife-themed missions inspired by some of the amazing animals at the Welsh Mountain Zoo.

From building habitats for local wildlife to exploring nature outdoors, every mission helps children learn more about conservation and the world around them.

Along the way, Wildlife Heroes can ask friends and family to sponsor their missions, helping raise vital funds to support the zoo’s animals, conservation work and education programmes.

As the National Zoo of Wales and a conservation charity, every donation makes a real difference.

Wildlife Heroes will complete missions inspired by endangered animals including:

🐅 Sumatran Tigers

🐒 Cotton-top Tamarins

🌿 Lar Gibbons
